These 2 shots are of the same item. The closure on my camera bag. They were taken from the exact same position. One view is obviously close up, the other focusing on the background. It's fun to experiment with the depth of field.

I should have asked that you not pay attention to the mess being focused on in the background of the second picture. Since it's the vacuum, let's pretend that it was there in preparation to clean the room. Yes, that works.
ReplyDeleteDOF is a lot of fun....I think it's part of the reason I got sucked into photography that and beautiful bokeh!!
